Right when I was little my nana made me a patch work blanket I loved it! I had it till I was 17....when I fell out with my parents and moved out I forgot the blanket :cry: was in a big hurry to leave....I asked my brother to get it to me but he said no he was keeping it I was upset angry and very very annoyed it was mine not his....anyways I told my nana and she made me another I love them! tell me what you think! its brill for this weather!

That is a lovely patchwork quilt!! I have one that my Grandma made, and one half-finished that I'm sort of making (the patches are all stitched together but have only done the quilting on a few squares); made a small one for trhe cats' basket years ago and is is almost completely worn out now! You'll cherish the one your Nana made for years!!

I dont know why i love them i just do....not ones you can buy tho :lol: its really thin so its really nice on the hot nights and its great when am feeling ill....yea will have it for years! will past it down in the family I know its just a blanket and its silly but i had the other one since i was like 3 or something! and I love the colours!

That's so pretty. It's especially special as your Nan made it for you. I think your brother's ever so mean to keep the original one though :(
