Karen emailed me some photos of Oscar a while ago and one picture really took my fancy, and whilst working on some of the other drawings I have been doing a bit of this one as well :)

I hope you all like :) This will be sent to Karen on Monday :)

I think Karen and me have found this drawing a very emotional experience.

I just hope when Karen gets the original she thinks I did Oscar proud :cat17

Excellent work Emma - how long did that take you?? And my daughter Emma has asked me to ask you if you could teach her to draw a cat :-)

Hmmm I reckon it has taken about 12- 15 hours to complete (possibly more)

I will be happy to help Emma, how does she want to do this? join the forum? email?

Lo ve watching the progression ofthe work...just amazing. It's especially nice getting to see Oscar now after his recent appearance to the neighbors passing by Karen's garden...

I think an online course in how to draw a cat here, would be much appreciated. :-D We can all quickly discover just how rubbish we are at observation and hand-eye coordination.

I dont really think you can teach someone how to be that talented Emma - you either have it or you dont - but maybe you could write down some tips in a thread etc like Hreow suggested and we could use that thread for advice or show our pathetic attempts  :-D

Excellent Emma.....it's great watching the picture come to life.

I forsee another tearful Kazz when she gets this one......but what a lovely memorial to dear Oscar:)
