Cory's finale as a kitten.

Cory had his third and final kitten show on saturday and he certainly did it with style. ;) ;)

I had been looking after my mum all week and didn't get home until late Friday night. It was a mad dash to get Cory bathed dried and fully groomed. It takes two hours to prepare him and he hasn't even got his full coat yet. :roll: :roll: I got to bed at 3.00am and was back up at 5.30 :( :( . I nearly didn't go but I am very glad I did.

Cory got first in his open class and got Best of breed, got 2 firsts and a third in his side classes and was nominated for Best Persian Kitten. He didn't get that but my friends beautiful red tabby girl did so I was chuffed for her.

Next show my baby will be competing against the big adults :cry: :cry: . I will just have to see how he goes.

Sweet, thanks very much. I may be coming down to Bristol later this year for a show. Two of last years kittens went to a lovely family in Kingswood and she said she would like to go with me. We could perhaps meet up. I think it is sometime in August but can't be sure. Will find out.

The Persian section is a tough one - many contestants - but I'm sure you'll both do well.
