Smudgely - do you think there is someone either stealing the cats to order or worse (cat-hating psycho)? Do you think maybe you should put a tentative warning out in the press asking people to chek the wherabouts of their pets - better safe than sorry n all that?

No I don't think they are being stolen Yola, I think lost & found cats has been this bad for many years. :(
