Neutered cat still thinks he's got his bits!!??

My youngest, Freddy, is now 10 months old. He was neutered at 6 months. Trouble is, he gets very friendly on your lap if you know what I mean! He did this before he was fixed and is still doing it now. I'm confused as I thought once his hormones wore off he would cease that kind of behaviour. Any advise?

If it is habit before the op, he'll probably keep doing it just out of habit rather than hormones. What to do about it? *No* idea. Useless, I am... :-) There are other members of CP that have had the same sort of problems lately, so they will probably know how to discourage him.
