Your midday meal is is lunch or dinner?

I call mine dinner not sure if thats a Brummie thing or not:? .

We always call it lunch, have out dinner at 6....

Here it's lunch all seven days, dinner in the evening. My grandparents called the mid-day meal dinner & the evening meal supper; a lot of the older generation did.

dinner here and pm meal is tea

it does my head in a bit cos my MIL was bought up in london and its lunch to her and dinner is in the pm and Sam my olderst likes to do things like her nan, so after i have feed the kids TEA and its time for bed i will so bed now and Sam will go not not had Dinner yet and i will say u did u had tea lol, she can eat for Wales that 1 lol. never been 1 for supper but she gets toats now lol

Lunch and dinner here too!!! Hubby sometimes calls evening meal 'supper' though . . .

The later we have tea or supper.
