Well as you know we have had some work done on the garden..and its 'half' finished so thought i would post some pictures.
So far we have:
Taken away mass lawn and now have two 'circles'.
Made the borders wider and sweeping
Added bark to these border
added lots of new planets
Errected the new 'seating arbour' thing
laid decking for the above, to sit on.
New table and chairs
stepping stones leading THROUGH the garden. The things left to do are:
Put up a low trellace fencing to partician the two circles of lawn, with a gate of course.
Put up the new shed
Re concrete the side of the garden
lay the new patio
Put the 'security' gates on to the side of the garden
and a few 'bits and pieces;.So this is what its looking like..so far

Thanks Julie..its getting there, the original plans was for decking and the garden in levels..but with two terrorists we thought that was totally impossible to have..so went for a basicer garden:D

That looks brilliant Luke, massive changes by the sound of it the end result looks brilliant though, really good and I think its easier to manage wider border than narrower ones. Looks brilliant though is that a tree fern I spot on the patio in the last picture. :D I love tree ferns although I don't have one.

Excellent pictures though.

Yep a tree fern and its proving a demon to keep in the 'ideal environment' everywhere is too hot, too shaded etc:roll: But it will be worth it i guess when its a bit more grown and in sorta 'bloom' with its leaves.
oh and thanks!:)

That's looking good Luke.
It's certainly the season for gardening, isn't it?

Glad to see you've had the work properly inspected as well. Is there one inspector-pet in every photo? :-)

Looking good luke, I use bark chippings as well, normally they stop the cats going on the borders and also cut down the weeding you have to do

Makes mental note to buy bark chippings if it stops the cats pooping!!!

Good photos Luke.
