today...may be a tad too early, but took a gamble. It has been in the mid to high 70's for a few days & hit 82 over the weekend so the soil is slightly warmed up....plus, it rained overnight & until about noon today (yucky wait in the rain for the bus on way to the market!!). I've learned over the years that there's less danger of the squirrels digging things up if you plant just before or just after a rain....they don't seem to scent that the soil has been disturbed!! These are the Magellan Mixed Hybrids from the T & M catalogue.
Wish me luck!! 10 to 24 days for germination, but temps will be in the 70's again later in the week (only 62 today!!) so maybe they'll be up soon!
