Guess the herbs

Ok, I thought it would be interesting to see if anybody can guess the 4 herbs I am growing in this pot :)

They are a little too young at the moment to identify but somebody might be able to guess them ;)

Fairly certain one is flat leaf parsley. Maybe another is sage? Apart from that I've drawn a blank :shock:

I couldnt tell you at all Emma!!! They could be garden weeds for all I know!!

I can spot the coriander not sure which is which out the others!!!! lol

I think basil is roundish leafed one in the front......

You could be correct there Mags, I know the tall leggy one on the front right hand side is the Coriander, I should have labelled them up :)

So that means the one on the left at the back is the parsley, and the one at the back on the right is the Marjoram :) not sure how well that one will do

Not sure about the Marjoram...have never used that one....

Nope me neither :) well if it doesn't grow very well in that pot I will try it again in a pot by itself :)

I grew a bunch of different herbs a couple of years ago in a belfast sink in the garden . . . the marjoram ended up taking over the whole sink - it was very vigorous and eventually killed off all the other herbs :( worth considering thinning it out at regular intervals.

Thanks Yola I will bear that in mind....I think the marjoram is the one at the back, perhaps I will be able to tell when they are a bit bigger ;)

I spotted the coriander also; the basil are the ones at the pointy bottom of the flat, the ones with the 2 tiny side-by-side simple leaves.
