KO, try not to be disheartened that happens all the time. I used to get excited about one coming in, then there would be a change of plan, then another one would be due in, then that would fall through.
Tonight I was due to have 3 cats in from the same place. (Seperate from the 2 that I have had come in) Had a call earlier, they aren't coming in at all now. I've had a call about one left at the vets, that is due to me tomorrow - but I never really expect them until they are here. ;)
Right must get to this campsite!

JemBob
10-03-2006, 08:26 PM
told them i can only have one at a time cause thats all the spare room can take till i get a outside pen then i can take more, can i just have one of yours instead?
What a shame KO..I know how excited you were :(
Before long there will be so many you will be worrying where you are going to put them all :-D

nope she will not be she will be de flead and sent straight to me i think why?
Just make sure she stays completely seperate from your own cat ;)
Fleas & worms are easily treated. Nasty viruses are not :(
All mine are blood tested on their way to me. Most are negative. But I have had one FIV postive & one FeLV positive in the last 12 months. :(

Aww, they are lovely.
Smudgely - I used to foster for the CP branch JemBob fosters for, and their policy is to only test 'suspicious' looking cats (not their wording, just the only one I Can think of). And they don't have a policy of keeping fosters separate either.

My FIV positive was the healthiest looking cat you would ever see. Shiny coat, like a big black panther. Also we knew the history of him & he wasn't a cat I would have suspected to be positive.
I currently have a FeLV positive with me. :(
