View Full Version : Winston off to vets again tomorrow

Winston is back at the vets tomorrow to check his blood pressure again. He has been very good, since he started his tablets and loves his little treat of cheese/tablet sandwich in the morning. I am pretty sure everything will be just fine and dandy. Will keep you posted.

As they say "keep taking the tablets" sure he'll be fine - ou are after all the expert on Winston not the vet :-D

Well dropped Winston off at the vets at 8.30:shock: Had to get the bus coz Graham is working in Inverness today so he left mega early with the car. Was very frosty this morning so i put his heat pad in the box with him to keep him cozy at the bus stop. What a weight!!! The bus journey stressed him a bit coz we had a very grumpy bus driver who was pretty heavy on the breaks.
Have to phone the vet at lunch time but I am sure he will be fine. Hoping to catch up with a friend later so hopefully we can get a lift home with Winston instead of taking the bus.

Just called the vet and Winston is doing just fine and is ready to come home any time. Will get all the details etc when I go to get him. Ok cannt dawdle, got to get myself together and get my old boy home. I hate leaving him there for longer than is necessary. No sign of friend yet so looks like it will have to be the bus unfortunately. But once he is home he can settle and have some nice treats and food.:D

Managed to catch my friend at the vets so we were chauffaured home. Winston will no longer have to be left there all morning for his b/p checks now. I can stay with him. He was a little off colour this morning but has picked up again now. His b/p will be monitored monthly. Thanx for all your well wishes.
