Well does anyone paint their house walls? if so what colour have you found the most fun. Looking for something bright, and funky. http://www.dogweb.co.uk/talkdogs/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif If they have to be painted I thought this year instead of cream I'd go for a colour.

I have considered white with square black trellis http://www.dogweb.co.uk/talkdogs/images/smilies/icon_confused.gif but then thought what about colour?

Oh meant to say its the back of the house up to the top of the downstairs windows and a brick shed wall close to the house. The garden faces South West, and gets sun all day mostly though afternoon through to early evening and very light. http://www.dogweb.co.uk/talkdogs/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif

We have one wall on our bungalow that we paint, we normally just paint it white.

How about a nice pale yellow???

Yeah I've had pale yellow/creamI wouldn;t have painted it myself but someone had other ideas while I was at work  so now I have ainted walls:shock:

May go white this year and put up square black trellis on the shed wall and maybe the same on the house wall.:?

My whole house has to be painted and am in a terrace so cant be too adventurous with the colours!!! When I bought the house is was painted a dirty grey colour with black contrast. It is still like it now after three years (been doing up inside) but hope to be getting at least the front done this year. Will chose a cream colour with black contrast for the window cills etc.

Terracotta is nice Kazz - quite a few of them round here, but I wonder if a light shade doesn't compliment your red bricks better?

Kazz - Farrow and Ball do some unusual but fairly traditional colours, some of these you might like. You can always have the colour matched at B&Q etc

Once our grage is up we are going to be painting our house to match the garage. Country Cream and Blue. Also thinking about getting the boundry wall at the front of the house rendered and paint that Country cream with Blue capping stones but think that maybe over doing it a bit, not sure yet.

So lonmg as you don't decide to paint your whole house lilac like someone down the road from me has done I think you'll be fine :D
