Actually I am reconsidering my first statement these people are no way "as odd" as I first thought. They care for their dogs, and all are being treated well.

I think its the dresses on the dogs that do it.:roll: and make people look. But all in all good owners. Walking the dogs, taking them with them not locking them up for hours in a house or no excercise.:(

Yep but treats her dogs well. Mind you she had her car painted pink (Barbie pink) :roll:

I watched that . . . made my blood run cold it was so sinister and creepy.
