I don't know if anybody here as tried these but they are very nice.
You get two portions of fish in individual containers which you can just pop into the microwave for about 5 mins. (they are found in the frozen section)
I have tried the Salmon and Dill sauce and Haddock with Leek sauce.
Also if you are low carbing (I am trying to at the moment) they are under 5 carbs each!!!
Nice sized portions and at the moment Sainsburys are selling these for half price which makes them £1.44 for two portions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Snap Emma, I had the haddock and leek today!!:-P Had it with new pots, sprouts and carrots and thought it was very nice and so quick to do! Haven't tried the salmon yet.....they are half price in our Sainsbury's too so I will be popping back in there tomorrow to stock up at that price!:-P

I am having the Haddock and Leek tonight!!! with carrots and sprouts!!!
Last time I went to Sainsburys I bought five packs!!!!!! lol
They are also excellent to take to work if you have a microwave, I just pop them into the fridge when I get to work and cook for a minute less.
:)
Interesting thanks. I will bear it in mind

hahahahaha Mags, which ones did you get?? I am just eating a Haddock and Leek for my lunch :)
I am off to Sainsburys tonight....guess what I am going to buy :)
I love fish . . . will look out for these. I don't really do microwave dinners - these don't have any additives in do they? Hope not coz they sound yummy!!!
Emma, I bought 2 of each!:-P I haven't tried the salmon one yet though.....
Yola, they definately haven't any E numbers in them! Didn't Birds Eye adopt a 'naturals only' policy in all their food a little while back?:?
Well in that case I will definitely look out for them!! Thanks Mags!!

Mags the salmon one is quite nice :)
Yola - no additives in them - just wholesome ingredients :) (and they are only 4-5 carbs per serving :) )
You can also cook them in a saucepan :)

Interestingly I just totalled up the meat/fish order on my shopping today
I purchased
4 x chicken breasts
2 x pork in sauce
2 x salmon fillets
4 x individual portions of steamfresh salmon
4 x individual portions of steamfresh haddock
2 x hake in chilli and tomato sauce
Most of these were reduced and totalled £16.74, for 18 individual dishes which works out to be 93pence per meal, obviously need to add veg to that. But I will never understand people saying eating well costs a lot of money, I think that is quite good
