:-D I recently have had the opportunity to try some of these from a girl at work, but she is being coy with the recipe...... Anyone make these?
They are soooooo soft and delicious and have some wonderful spices in them *yum* She adds chocolate chip pieces and nuts to some **double yum**

Deb, it may surprise and horrify you to hear I have NEVER (that's right, never) had pumpkin.

I only had butternut squash for the 1st time ever last month and I love it. Pumpkin is on my list of things to try.

If you ever manage to dig out that recipe (try getting your colleague tipsy and then get the information out of her . . . usually works ;) ), do let me know and I will be waiting by my letter box for a sample of this delicious morsel *hint hint* :-D :-D :-D

Mmm, sounds good. 'Tis the season of goodwill Deb, so pin her to the wall till she gives up the recipe!

Yola, butternut squash are lovely and very very easy (and quick) to grow. Perhaps put a couple in a tub with Dominik next season? I grew heaps on the allotment this year and still have about a dozen stored in the garage. Must eat them up this month or next but they keep for a good 3 months or longer.
