I always steam fish in a little milk....wouldn't imagine that it would take long in the oven. Sure some good cook will be along soon to help you out BM :D

It's soooo good for you Cathy.
Sure you'll grow to love it!
You can just grill it - probably as easy as anything. How long? - well, until it's cooked, depends on the thickness, how close to the heat source etc. As a clue I'd say if you halve tomatoes to have with it they will take the same time to cook - minutes.
If you've got the oven on the foil wrapping will be fine. Say 15 minutes? I tend to cook 'by ear' as it were, rather than use recipes or strict timing. Been doing it too long obviously!
If you do it in foil you can add any or all of lemon slices, drops of lemon juce, fresh or dried herbs, sliced tomato, rub of mustard, sprinkle of chinese five spice etc etc.

Bon appetit!

You can cook in the microwave too. The average size piece for one, probably about 3-4 minutes. Cook with a knob of butter/marg or if you want to be really healthy, a little water, cover with some micro cling film and you will have a meal in minutes! Enjoy! ;)
