This is a mixture of 'garden' and 'food'.
I've grown so many chillis this year. Didn't realise they were so prolific!
I've got about 4 times as many as pictured here

probably enough to keep us in chilli, curry and thai for until next year's crop is ready. Wasn't sure about this way of drying/keeping them, but it seems to be working - seems more authentic than freezing. Looks a bit 'foodie-kitchen too lol
I've got a whole 5 (yes, a mighty 5 :lol: ) 'scotch bonnet' chillis. Never used them before and apparently they are really fiery :shock: . Has anyone any experience of using them? Might just wimp out and pr*ck them and pop them in a bottle of oil for salads etc. :cat21
