Dragging

Moli seems to have a habit of throwing herself onto the floor, lying on her side and dragging herself sideways across my livingroom carpet :? It's mainly when she's been playing she does it.

She looks really comical but have no idea why she's doing it. Anyone any ideas?

Think it's just a fun thing cats do Nae :roll:
It may progress to lying on her back under any beds you have with floor clearance and then scooting along by digging her claws into the mattress (which is over her head) and 'walking' the whole length....at greater and greater speed:)

Cassie used to do that as well when she was a kitten Nae......just a playful kitten thing I think:p

Bronwyn does this as well, also at the same time making a funny noise!!! :)

Misty does this too!! She digs her claws into the carpet and drags herself along!! So funny :lol: :lol: :lol:

I think it is called 'kitty commando training' :lol: Mine will do this too ~ leaves a nice trail of fur I might add!

My two still do it well not often but they do we call it the "no legged walk" :roll:

yep Sappho does this along the edge of our bed.
