Sitting here at the computer Oscar is on the rug beside me and he's rolling over and talking to me with that rolling purrrrrrrrrrr you know not a purr but not a miaow, either. Sort of I'm happy with my world, I'm content, I'm safe, I'm full up, I'm warm, I'm alive. Sort of purrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :-D And its lovely to hear.

Cleo is dozing on the computer desk in front of the screen - purring away too.:-D

Purring cats is there a better sound.

it is the best sound, but another gret catty sond is that of a queen nursing her kittens, the noise of the slow purr of the mum and the nuzzling and gulping noise of the kittens makes me go all warm and fuzzy inside :)
