Molly 25/06/2006 - 03/11/2006

This is my darling Molly who had to be PTS at the young age of 6 months due to the dreaded FIP or so we think. The picture was the last one taken of her before she had to go to the vets.
We had taken Molly for umpteen tests and they all came back negative. First of all they said she was anemic and had a musical heart murmur but eventually they knew it was more than that.
They then thought it was feline infections anemia which i hoped and prayed it would be as it was treatable with medication but that came back negative. By this time Molly was down to 80g in weight and had fought as long as she could. We then made the painstaking decision of having her PTS. Which i know now was the right decision for her. She'd fought so hard for so long it was now my time to do something good for her and that was to stop her suffering.

Not a day goes by i dont think of her and cry about her when i mention her name as i am doing now lol

R.I.P baby girl. I love you xxxxxxxxxx

Your favorite chair is vacant now...
No eager purrs to greet me
No softly padded paws to run
ecstatically to meet me
No coaxing rubs, no plaintive cry
Will say it time for feeding
I've put away your bowl,
And all the things you won't be needing
But I will miss you little friend,
For I could never measure
the happiness you brought me,
the comfort and the pleasure.
And since God put you here to share
In earthly joy and sorrow
I'm sure there'll be a place for you
In Heavens bright tomorrow
