Poorly Jerry.


Erin - I've started a new thread here as I thought people might miss it in the daily.

How is he? What did the vet say?

jerrys a poorly boy
he has a temperature the vet said it was quite high for a cat 43.5,he thinks jerry may have an infection somewhere,my poor boy has had 2 injections and we have a course of anti-inflammatories and antibiotics,it going to be fun trying to get him to take 3 tablets a day when we struggle with him with 1 worming tablet
he has to go back tomorrow to have his temperature checked again,my poor baby,hes sleeping on the floor bless him,he wont settle on the bed

yeah thats what it said i the thermometer he said it was high,thats what the injections were for i think he said if it hasnt come down by tomorrow then they will keep him in for x-rays .

Poor Jerry, that is a high temperature

I hope the meds start working on him soon, Erin ....... if he is feeling really rough you may be able to get the tablets down him without too much of a battle

should he have kept him in?he was rushing as he was the only vet in today and had alot of people waiting,and he did say if there is any change in him today to ring and take him straight back down.

I think you must have got mixed up Erin.
There's no way his temp could be that high.
He'll be fine now he's got some medication.
