Re: Daizy : A poem

Thank you all for your replies. I still get teary eyed when I read the first poem because I remember how hard it was looking at your kitty when they die. The vet told us that we don't have to look but I had to...and I held her paw. It is soo hard to lose a kitty. They are family and always will be. We had to put Daizy down because she started having irregular heart beats and she was groaning and meowing- she was in pain. So, we decided the best thing to do was to give her a more peaceful death instead of having her suffer through all her pain. She was a very good girl and very loving. Thank you again for all your replies and support.

Re: Daizy : A poem

It's never easy, is it? Like a lot of members here I had to sit with my beloved Sultan when he was PTS..held his paw and told him we were going home and that he was going to have his favorite chicken for dinner and go out for a walk afterwards,,,lying like crazy with tears running down my face...that was 20 years ago and I can still recall every minute...(((hugs))) .......
