The stuff we put here on Catsey (or on other forums and blogs ....) is it there forever??? Who housekeeps the Internet?

It's there forever Angie unless (as I understand it) the url becomes defunct or the site administrator removes the content

Thanks Yola! So no-one has to be a great writer any more to remain published. I'm not sure whether I like the fact that is totally non elitist or rather sad that any old rubbish will be out there forever!

But on the contrary doesn't it encourage one to be more judicious about what is read and believed? I think that it's a great thing to have access to a whole spectrum of levels from extremely elitist and high brow to very mundane and accessible.
