Big Garden Birdwatch 2011 this weekend!Pick an hour this Saturday or Sunday 29/30th January to count the maximum number of each species seen in your garden or local park. P'raps I should have added "Make sure your feline friends are safe indoors!" Of course, you don't have to go outside either. I usually put a chair near the "best birdwatching window" and just stay there. I may move around to another window if I want a different view. Nothing like comfy warm birdwatching, maybe with a nice mug of coffee too! |
