Hi Mags He he, yeah I know  Didnt mean to confuse yaMy throat is a wee bit better... My voice is coming back, rather slowly.. I have a terrible cough at night.. So have been woken up several times by it  But hopefully its getting better. I'm home on holiday this week, and with any luck (  ) I'll be well again for work on monday.Its a really rainy, cold and dark day here... Just need to take Luna out for a walk, and then its a cup of tea I think.... |

Hi Jeanette Aren't these long-lasting coughs horrible - and they keep you awake when you really need to sleep. have you tried lemon & honey - I think it's better than any commercial product. 15ml lemon juice 3 slices fresh lemon 5ml honey all in a cup/glass top up with hot water drink it down whilst it's still hot If you have a fever/pain put a soluble aspirin in it. Get well, take care x |
