Great pics Elaine and glad to hear it lifted you somewhat. Although the camera DOES lie , cause Stonehaven looks lovely and the water inviting, when in reality it's blooming freezing!!!

Stonehaven beach is good. We've taken the dog there on occasion as well.
Ace, compasionate and wise mate - exercise, dog and fresh air are almost as good as blubbering. Please don't feel that crying is wrong in any way. Too much pain to fit inside at all times and best let out.
