Frogs Legs


Inspired by Kazz's Caviar thread...have any of you eaten frogs legs? Did you like them?

Not me never been able to catch them..........sorry.......No I haven't Dave has though when in France and said they were nice. I think he said like chicken..............but he says everything different tastes like chicken.

I wouldn't have thought there was enough meat on a frogs leg to eat them...Personally, no way could I eat them....

They're yummy! Sorry folks, just had to tell you that! They do actually taste of chicken!

Did you know that the vast majority of frogs' legs eaten in France have been imported from China?

Good grief, didn't know that! I'd heard that about tasting like chicken; don't think I could bring myself to try them; that's one of those things like brains that I cannot imagine eating.....

Ohh I've eaten brains brains on toast lovely.....honestly my Dad used to have that....it really was nice....don't see it about now.........I would eat Frogs legs......they are not common garden frogs though are they?????

Haven't a clue; but would suspect they were a large breed of frog like our bullfrogs.........
