Poor Monty Bogle

We have to take Monty to the vet tomorrow as he has a tick in the corner of his eye.

Kizzy is going for her annual check and inoculation, so Monty is coming too. What a place to get a tick - please send calming vibes for us all!

Re: Poor Monty Bogle

Poor Monty, you need to have an O'Tom tick remover. It looks like a teeny tiny plastic crowbar and you prise the tick out, they're very satisfying to use!

I don't think there is anything that you can use which will deter ticks unfortunately, there is one (can't remember the name) but it's toxic to cats I think so that's not much use.

Re: Poor Monty Bogle

I will certainly look into getting a tick remover - anywhere else I'd try myself, but not so near his eye - he's such a squiggler, I suspect the vet will say to leave it to fall out on its own.
