I worked PT in an aviary years ago. Does a hawk class as a large bird  . We had an eagle as well although I didn't handle that one Derek's sister has a parrot, dont know what kind but it's quite partial to a wee swear  We have had budgies, finches and cockatiels in the house. |

I'd imagine a hawk does class as a large bird Well done you for handling one of those, I'd be very nervous of that beak.These two are young and around the size of a large cockateil. I'll talk it over with Ashley, she may feel it would be too stressfull to travel the distance with them but will let you know and thanx again for the very kind offer. xxx |
