Gorgeous. I love Oreys cheeky face, he always looks like her has a bit of devilment in his eye Is that you in the racing pictures? Look at the determination on those little dogs faces.
Thanx Dawn, am thrilled to bits now

Thanks folks. Thats my boss on the right and Steve on the left. I was taking the pics, then I flung the camera on the grass to catch Orey who was trying to get the lure from under the box!

Do you race them often then? Is there any purpose behind the racing?

I am really warming to BTs - a friend has one and she's a real sweetie and gets on well with cats! I think OH (who really wants a dog) would be happy with one too. Wonder if there's a good breeder in Sussex/Hampshire.

The purpose is to allow Afghan Hounds to run free in safety, as they leg it when they are loose! Its just that any breed can have a go, so the only real purpose is fun and chat with like minded people.

Good and bad breeders everywhere Angie. If you do look steer clear of the ones that breed just to sell and dont keep any for themselves, those are the ones breeding for money alone and to supply the pet market, there are a lot that do that now, in all breeds, but Borders are very popular at present so be aware of it.

Decent, reputable breeders breed when they want one for themselves, and only breed for that reason, other breed "because they can" and they profit from it, and that is the sole reason.

If you want any pointers or numbers for that area pm me.

I am in the process of having another myself. This hopefully will be my foundation bitch, having exhibited Dogs for 20yrs, its perhaps time!

Wow, exciting!! Are you going to start breeding BTs Dawn??

I have to admit those pictures of the 3 dogs racing; the looks of concentration on their faces is priceless! As you know I'm not a doggy person, but these little chaps just warm my heart. Stunning
