Monty's walk in the sunshine

It was glorious yesterday ........

My OH with Monty ............... and Monty on a seat

We caught the last of the Autumn colour:-

It's a very different picture weather-wise today, so glad we made the most of it!

Yes, juju - he's a Miniature Schnauzer, but larger than the breed standard.

Looks a lovely place for a walk Angie, just a question with all these walks has your OH noticed any change in his fitness? and is dog ownership everything he thought and hoped it would be.

Oh yes he does looks properly kitted out - hubby I mean for dog walking.

Re: Monty's walk in the sunshine

Yes, Kazz - my OH has lost a lot of weight, although he's not sure how much. He keeps having to put an extra hole in his belt and has lost approx 7 inches from his waist, what with dog walking and golf. He does get occasional jip from his hip and knee but probably won't give up golf because of it!!!

We are both enjoying having Monty - he is such a good companion and at least it gets us one evening out together a week - at dog training class!!!

Lovely pictures Angie. It's great to hear you are both enjoying Monty so much. It must be such a difference when you have never had a dog in your life before. I was brought up with a big Samoyd and in fact my first word was Dog !
