Re: Daily Shred Thread / Wednesday

Hi - we have finally had a bit of snow, just a light covering in the night. Another quiet day here, my elderly neighbours will be round later for a drink as they've been away for Christmas & I have someone coming to collect Salem (FIV cat) later.

Maybe I'll try & eat less food today

Re: Daily Shred Thread / Wednesday

Hugs Jac . . . hope all goes well. Just a thought - hubby doesn't log on here and check up on you does he?

I've got a vicous sore throat and shivers today so am still in my PJs and will be off to bed again in a bit. Eyes are sore and smarting. The early night really didn't help too much as I couldn't sleep

Our PC is very unhappy - keeps blowing a fuse! We've had it repaired a coupla times so I think it's time to tentatively start looking for a new one before it completely dies a death.

Other than that? Venison caserole tonight (thick and rib-sticking) from the gorgeous haunch joint we had on Boxing day . . . quite looking forward to that.

Need to find a home for all the chocolates and biscuits we have been given. It really is silly - most of them have nuts in so I can't eat them and even if I could there is just SOOO much. Any ideas? I was thinking either giving the to CP for use in raffles or to old peoples homes or summat.

Off for a quick snooze now whilst hubby and Domi are in town

Re: Daily Shred Thread / Wednesday

Well I have been good just done half an hour on my exercise bike, I really need to do that a bit more regularly. Other half is putting up a blind we have got for our kitchen, it was the last thing to buy and fit to get the kitchen complete. I am rather pleased with it

Well off now to do some housework and also need to sort out my pot roast of pheasant for this evening, never cooked pheasant before so it should be interesting

Re: Daily Shred Thread / Wednesday

I've found a great way to exercise

My daughter had a Bratz Dance Mat that you connect ot the TV and follow the dance moves. 10mins on that and my legs are killing me but both me and the kids get plenty of exercise and a good laugh aswell
