Faking it

I am wondering if anyone knows of a tanning moisturiser or false tan I can use on my face and chest without breaking out in spots???

No, sorry.
The Johnson's Holiday Skin is great for legs but is not a facial product.
I think you might be better asking a consultant at Boots - or maybe a google search, unless someone actually has the experience you need.

Re: Faking it

St Tropez do a daily moisturiser it is called St Tropez Everyday and it can be used on your face, I also use Loreal Nutrisummer which I find far better than Johnson's holiday skin (colour seems to be better for me and it smells divine!!) You should not use this on your face.

Re: Faking it

My sister has just bought some Fake Bake, which you can use on your face. I'm not sure if it's actually a moisturiser though or just a fake tan!?!?

Oil of Olay do a moisturiser I think, that has a slight colour to it.
