I think it's very passable CM - the loaf tends to be a bit tall and short as opposed to short and long if you know what I mean, so you get large slices. Once you get it right - and we have had some disasters, mainly I guess due to stale yeast - the texture is good and the taste too. I doesn't keep because there are no preservatives which is good and also as it's nice, it gets eaten quickly!
