Valentines Day

Well what is everyone doing for Valentines Day then???

Couples...Do you go all out for a romantic meal? Do you really push the boat out for an expensive present, weekend away or something like that?

Singles.... Do you go on the hunt for a partner???

Re: Valentines Day

Valentines day is quite a normal day for me and my boyfriend usually - we buy each other a card and a small present.

BUT, this year I'm living away from home to do my teacher training. So, even though it was a bit early, he took me for a meal and bought me a massive bouquet of flowers!!

I have had my card tonight because I won't see him tomorrow

Re: Valentines Day

Both my husband and I don't go in for the whole 'be romantic on one day of the year' commercial crap. We prefer to do it all throughout the year instead

We might get each other a card but that's it.

Re: Valentines Day

We exchange cards and always set the alarm a bit early so we can have a cuddle and a coffe in bed. This year we have Neo and he hasn't been home long so we aren't going out but we will cook tea together.

Having a 'romantic' evening at the movies... with grandson, it's half term. Going to see The Water-Horse.
Pass the popcorn!

We took our foster child to see The Water Horse on Tuesday. I loved it, real 'feel good' movie! Fantastic Scottish scenery, set in war time. I hope you enjoy it!
