Re: Would you live outside your Country

No. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else, this is my country and I love it.

If for some reason I absolutely had to, it would be an English speaking country, preferably England in the warmest part, or Australia. Not Canada ..too cold!!

Living somewhere else is so different to just visiting for a couple of weeks or longer ...... so that's a very difficult question for me to answer. I have always fancied New Zealand.

Yes, I think New Zealand would be OK also, spectacular scenery and warm!

I would love to be able to see one of these kakapo in their natural habitat in New Zealand before they become extinct. I think there are only about 50 left ...... very sad

What a lovely bird! How sad they're on the verge of extinction; hope there's a captive breeding plan going on, but that's a pretty small gene pool. But we've been able to bring back the whooping crane from the brink of extinction here, also the bald eagle!

See no matter how much I would want to visit places I can't bring myself to want to leave this Island in the "forever" tense, I mean thinking about it I have never left the West Midlands to live so can't see me travelling further.

Re: Would you live outside your Country

I love Scotland and cannot see me ever living anywhere else. If I were to relocate it'd probably be to one of the islands. Skye, Mull or Lewis.

If I were to go a little further then English Lakes, N Ireland or Kent.

Abroad probably NZ.

Re: Would you live outside your Country

I love Borrowdale in Cumbria and felt I had returned home when I visited Anglesey once - that was the weirdest feeling! But both those are of course in this country.
