a moan cause i'm ill.

Didn't think you guys would mind if i had a good old moan on here. After coming home for the weekend I was supposed to be going back home to look after my mum. But I caught a bug seemingly gastroentiris from the hospital, luckily as yet and fingers crossed my mum hasn't got it. So I spent all my weekend being sick and am still qiute ill and haven't been able to get home for my mum. I also brought my nephew down with me for the weekend and my sister is now having to do a 6hr round trip to get him back for christmas. On the bright side of all this my mum is doing extremely well and seems brighter than she has for ages.

Also a few of our cats have been 'loose' which has been hard work and a big worry but the results have come back and are normal - no bacterial infection or parasites so we are now having to try change of diets! 1st to try is Royal canin 33.

What bad luck Deester, I hope you will be feeling better soon. It couldn't have come at a worse time for you with your mum to look after. I'm so pleased to hear that your mum is doing well, that is good news

Sorry to hear about the Gastroenttiris, my other half had this last year knocked him out totally for a good week, and he lost at least a stone in weight if not more.

That's nasty. My friend had it last year; she's never ill but they had to call out the emergency doctor she was so unwell. Too her ages to get back up to strength.

I hope you're feeling better soon . . . try not to worry too much about doing too much and concentrate on rebuilding your strength.

Thankyou all for your kind words. I am now feeling much better and functioning but still not 100%. I am having to take tablets to stop me vomiting and feeling dizzy. Looking forward to christmas.
