Question for Dandysmom, I saw one today and it was a reddish brown colour, what does its colour mean??

According to the old wives tale, the less black the milder the Winter! Hope he's right!

Normally they are black, this one was out for a gallop, so picked it up and put it on a bush....Hope he is right too, as its been said we are going to have a severe winter...
