Re: Windy weather

Glad to say it's not bad here. Although the winds at the weekend were really bad.
It's very dark and threatening snow (again)
Hope everyone is safe and warm.

Re: Windy weather

As I have been siting here, I have just seen a ridge tile from the house across the road fly off their roof

I have to pick Em up from althletics training at 4.30pm and I'm dreading the drive tbh. Tom has to travel from the other side of the city on a double decker bus which is worrying me a little too and hubby is miles away in North Yorks that has got it even worse, so I hope his trip home is safe too. At least I don't have the horses to put to bed, it's really, really bleak up there, the farmer who's land they're on has offered to do it for me

Re: Windy weather

It's quite bad here, and everywhere is very damp from the rain which in the midlands has been a problem, keep hearing flood warnings on Midlands News...quite worrying

Re: Windy weather

Thanks Jac, I have never, ever known anything like this before I am hearing loads of sirens throughout the afternoon too, so there must have been some bad incidents
