Just wanted to say hello

Hi everyone, just joined your forum and am looking forward to getting to know you.

I think I can be described as a cat lover and have been owned by cats for the last 20 odd years. My current 2 are both 3 yrs old and have, up 'till 6 weeks ago, been indoor cats, as I used to live on a main road. I've just moved house and now live in a quiet cul-de-sac...well I say quiet as there seems to be at least 6 resident cats in the neighbourhood, all of which frequent my garden on a daily basis!

I'm sure this will pose some interesting situations and I will no doubt be picking your brains to find solutions.

'Till then
Bye

Hi and welcome

You're in a good place here with good peeps!

Although you're now in a cul-de-sac please remember some people will always be stupid when behind a wheel, they get in their cars and back out without even looking, just be aware. I'd hate to see a post from you at a later date on this topic.

Look forward to your next post, be it questions, advice, or photos of your little ones

Re: Just wanted to say hello

Thanks to you all for your lovely welcome!

My two cats are called Ted and Dilly(short for Daffodil). Ted is a Red Selkirk Rex and Dilly is a Blue/Cream British Shorthair. I will post a pic soon.

They aren't related, as sadly we lost Dilly's brother Oz on his first birthday. We got Ted sometime later and he's the most beautiful natured boy. We still miss Oz.

I'm having a few behavioural problems with them at the moment that I think are related to them going out for the first time, but I'll post about those in the right section.

Until then - it's nice to be amongst other cat fans!
