News at 10 is backWell well well News at 10 is back on ITV. Do you know I have missed that, never thought I would maybe its a sign I am grown up  or maybe not because I missed the "bongs" I can't get into the Sky news, 24 hour news etc etc. But I always watched News at 10 and will do again a good move by ITV I think.  Any views.

Shows my lack of TV savvy - didn't know it had gone  I don't do the 24 hr channels, I find the endless repetition completely infuriating, and the coverage shallow and condescending. And what's with the pictures being different to the narrative which in turn in different to the ticker tape-like text running at the bottom of the screen . . . or am I just getting old???? Just give me good ol fashioned BBC1 news and I'm happy. Failing that Channel 4 news - not as good as it used to be, but still fairly incisive. |

I saw all the trailers (hah ! trailers for a news show!! ) and I really wanted to see it - there something calming about Trevor and those bongs at 10 Guess what though ? got stuck into a film on t'other channel - Signs with Mel Gibson in ah well maybe I'll catch good ole Trev tonight then !! |
