Re: Where do I stand?

Update on this story.... fence is all up and dog still there. It barks a lot so is quite a nuisance.

But this morning was out doing the rabbits when the dog was in the garden unsupervised. It heard me as started to bark mad, and was jumping up the fence. Could see its head over the top of the fence (6ft).

Scared to go in my own garden

Re: Where do I stand?

Donna, you should (again) mention this to your neighbour. Tell him that the dog was doing a good job of scaling the fence. Tell him he really needs to consider putting an additional 2ft of trellis on the top otherwise if the dog DOES get over you're going straight to the police as you believe it to be a danger to yourself and your family.

Thug dog, thug owners by the sounds of it
