Re my nails Kazz dunno? My diet is probably far better than it's ever been, loads of fruit and veg no processed food at all, the only thing is that of course it's very low in fat so it's always possible that the lack of fats is having an effect. To be honest my nails were always splitting before I started getting the gels done but I'm just cross that I've now had to cut them really really short today, by mid-afternoon 4 of them were split.

Not to worry, they'll look good again in a few weeks time it's just that I'd got rather used to not having to keep them hidden in my pockets!

Ask them for a nail transplant while you are in Monday...
