I'm so very sorry - I've never lost a cat to an RTA but I can imagine it must be hearthbreaking. When two of my cats died (suddenly) I couldn't face work and took a day's sickness to be with my thoughts and memories of them. |

As others have said, we've all been there, and know how devastated you are; I'm so sorry for your loss. Try to remember the happy times with Doodles (lovely name); do post pics if it will help. (((Hugs))) |

I am so sorry as I also have lost three beloved cats, one to some sort of fight and two to RTA s and all were three or under themselves and it is heartbreaking. I know you have the if only s (I had kept them in/ let them out later/ got them back in ) and it does play on your mind and even now, years later, I still have those occasions if I cant sleep at night. But Doodles was obviously much loved as were mine and they may have had short lives but obviously happy, well fed and cared for ones and that has to be the main thing. Time will heal but you will never ever forget them . Just to let you know I understand your distress and sending you hugs. Jan x |
