I've always hated having to go out in the rain; unfortunately you can't tell your teachers or bosses that you won't be in because it's raining! So when I retired I swore unless it was a real emergency I wouldn't go out in it. I watch the weather forecast like a hawk and if rain is scheduled for a shopping day, re-adjust plans. Such a wimp!  Everyone has hang-ups, that's mine ..... |

Oh my goodness that is so funny; I am the same way!! I used to drag my feet heavily behind me when I was forced to go out in it because of school/work. Like you, now that I'm home, I see no reason to put myself through it if I can curl up inside. I like rain; when I'm by a fireplace looking out at it Only  !! |
