Its interesting you say there is no aggression yet this is a sign of redirected aggression cats are very sensitive and lots of things can suddenly stress them out .Has anything stressed your cat out , has anything nomatter how small you consider it changed . eg changed food or litter,moved her bed ,had recent visitors painted the house , the list is endless ...lol If I was you I would also make sure clean and seperate litter trays were provided for both cats ,some cats despise sharing . Also do not punish your cat whatsoever as this may increase the problem.
Please also consider providing lots more entertainment these cats are young and may well need more to keep them entertained she could be bored .
