Re: Getting really annoyed now!

I can understand your frustration, Alex. I had a similar experience when I was trying to get rid of an old hoover. It worked perfectly and got taken by a fellow Freecycler in the end, but not before I had been let down twice by the same lady!!

We have a Christian charity here who take furniture and give it to people who can't afford to buy new stuff. They had my old sofas of me last year, before I discovered Freecycle.

I hope your table and chairs finds a new home soon, Alex.

Re: Getting really annoyed now!

lol Donna! I had that happen in aberdeen. When I was moving in to a new flat I put loads of bin bags out for the rubbish van (most of it was actually rubbish) but heaps of people appeared and started tearing the bags open!!!! I ended up having to chase rubbish down the street to rebag it.
