Hi All

Another newbie to your forum, which looks great, and very friendly! Just thought I would say hello, and introduce myself! My name is Sue, and I live in Kent. I breed Bengal and Sokoke cats, (well, I use the term breeder fairly loosly on the Sokoke, as I have yet to breed from any! ha ha ha!). Patience hopefully will prevail though.

Hi All,
Thanks so much for the warm welcome! How lovely!

You will wish you had not asked about the Sokoke though lol! I do tend to get a bit passionate about the breed, they are so fantastic!
You can find out quite a bit about the breed on the club website, www.sokokecats.com
I would love to hear all your thoughts on these cats, and when I figure out how to post pics will put some of Aida and Azizi on, as they are at the mo the only two in the UK! I am hoping that some more will be on the way this year, and do hope for the breeds sake that they become popular! It would be so nice!

Thanks again for the lovely welcome! Do excuse if I do not reply always very quickly, have three litters of kittens here at the mo, so am very busy!!!

Thanks everso Moli! You should see some of the little ones I have here at the mo, soooo cute! I only breed 'cos otherwise would always be buying kittens ha ha ha!!! The hardest bit is when they leave and you worry about them all the time! :( I hate that bit!!! Nice though when they settle with their new 'mums & dads', and I get to see how they turn out! It is just the settling which can be hard on the kittens as well! Still, usually turns out brilliantly   Which means I get loads of great pics! I will soon have enough for the gallery on the website, with my babies in their new homes! Which will be great!

Thanks again!

Prob won't be on much over the weekend, hubby will be chatting on his car forum  ha ha ha!!!

Sue

Thanks,
One of the big reasons we decided to import them.
Currently, they are the only 2 in the country. Absolutely gorgeous temperament, and really crave for attention.

With the amount you have already PK, would one more make any difference...you will have to be nice to your Hubby....

It's more down to the logistics of keeping a house cat Moli. As you can see with Maud, it is very difficult for me with 2 youngish children to keep my cats in

The Bengals are just brilliant PK. Such fun to be around. They are so naughty sometimes, and yet so cute.

Hi Sue

Welcome here from little Denmark :D

So sorry, meant to say, many thanks! AND It is due to your wonderful country that I have my lovely Sokoke at all!!!
Aida and Azizi come from my friend Anette Cederquest in Denmark. The day she flew in to Gatwick from Billund was fab! She was sooo nice and friendly. I have not spoken to her much, as she has been moving to her house by the sea!
I also have another friend in Denmark who breeds both Sokoke and Bengal, Helle Lauridsen, who is also very lovely!
As soon as we start to make ANY money from breeding, (perhaps in 2012 at this rate, ha ha ha!), we will be getting our human pet passports, (Aida and Azizi already have theirs  ) we will be visiting Denmark :-D :-D

I am looking forward to that!!!

Thanks again!

Sorry PK, meant to say, I don't breed silver Bengals, but a good friend of mine does! They are really nice & she has offered me one, but me myself, I prefer my snow Bengals! Paul my hubby likes the silvers very much thought, so suspect at some point I will 'aquire' one!

Mind you think he would be happier spending on the Skyline.

So much!

In the next few days, I am going to try and concentrate on my gallery pages so I can get some more kitten pics on there, have some really lovely ones! Which isn't easy, as the little monsters always pose the best when....................the batteries have gone in the camera..................when you can't get the camera quick enough............and just after you put the camera away........ ha ha ha!!!

I have a lovely breeder friend who breeds Siamese, and always fall in love with her babies :D

How long have you had your Siamese? Have you put any pics up of them?

Always happy to look at cats, ha ha ha!!!

Suexxx
