Afternoon all :-D Lovely sunny day here but a little windy....


Not been on as much last few days. My horse has been turned out this week onto summer pasture and after a long winter with little grass and isolated in paddocks the horses go crazy with excitement and have to establish the pecking order. There is often a good few injuries during this time and since I have time during the day, I have been elected to keep an eye on the proceedings and restrict the grazing so they don't gorge too much and all colic :roll: They have been having limited time out at grass. They will be able to go out all day at the weekend, so my time will be my own again :lol:

The horse next door to me has been out all winter, I don't think they have a stable....He seems to go daft when it's windy, he gallops around kicking out his back legs.....

Have been wondering where you had got to...thought we had been deserted :-D
Now we know what has been keeping you busy! It must be lovely for the horses being back out in the fields again......I imagine them kicking their back legs up in the freedom :lol:

No stable :shock: My lad would go mad in winter, he likes his bedroom when it's cold and there is little grass :wink:
