How is your back today Moli?
Mornin Mags..It took me 20 mins to get out of bed :( then I sat down to have coffee and couldn't get up again :( But after some pain killers and as long as I do not bend or sit down..it is not too bad :( Honestly I feel about 90!!!!
We have a lovely morning, but it is raining off and on...
I always find Ibufrofen works best for back pain. You'll have to try to rest as much as possible......difficult I know when you've got animals to look after.
.......and keep out of those Scottish winds!
As long as I can walk,There's no problem, Just won't be able to sit down today..Spent lastnight a the dog class watching..Mind you a very attractive gentleman offered me a firemans lift!!!!

Not too bad now, the painkillers are working, son has taken Mollie out for me, the other two will have to make do with the garden..I seem to be the only one here who can walk all three together!!!!

I'm glad the pain has eased a bit Moli...just take things easy.
No you're not a rotten mother.....it just gives them a chance to see what you have to put up with :-D

Its been raining here off and on all day, but it is very warm.....Went and bought the cats a new scratchy pole....ollie loves it, I wanted one of those big ones, but haven't the room for it. :(
We've had a beautiful day....spent it on the garden again!
Ooooh, the cats had a pressie today did they :lol: I expect Ollie was very inquisitive with it :lol: I wouldn't have room for one of those big ones either......I think it was Sam that had a few of them for her cats, she posted some pics of them and they were really nice.
Trouble is they end up looking tatty very quickly....
